Hi my name is Stacey Carnes-Stricker and I sell real estate in Elk City Oklahoma also serving Western Oklahoma. I really do love selling real estate. I know a lot of us make that statement about our careers but I can truly say it and mean it. I have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 22 years. My career began in Property Management and when I relocated to Western Oklahoma specifically Elk City I decided to move to the other side of Real Estate by helping people buy a new home or sell their home. I also assist with land and commercial real estate. I have also expanded into staging homes. I want my homes to look the very best and stand out above all others. You would be surprised that sometimes it really does not take much.

If your home does not sell it does not help either one of us. I put a lot into marketing and can honestly say I do more marketing than anyone else in Elk City. My business partner and I recently just received the Gensis Award from United Country for Outstanding Marketing. I started selling real estate in Western Oklahoma about many years ago in 1978 while teaching at Altus High School.  I have worked in all aspects of education from kindergarten to high school to vocational education, both as a teacher and an administrator.  I have been involved with schools in Western Oklahoma at Clinton, Altus, Sayre, and Erick, retiring in 2005.  I have been with United Country in Elk City for 16 years. Prior to this I sold real estate in Altus. I first worked as a sales associate and then I became a Real Estate Broker Associate in 1983.  I really enjoy keeping abreast of home and land sales in all of Western Oklahoma. In 2009, KayLa's life took a turn when she met Justin, and they decided to move to Elk City, Oklahoma. As a mother, KayLa finds herself involved in various sports and school activities, keeping her busy and engaged with her daughter's life.

I have lived in Western Oklahoma for the past 15 years, calling towns like Carter, Burns Flat, and Sayre home before settling in Elk City about eight years ago. This community holds a special place in my heart, as it’s where I’ve raised my three children. Chase, my oldest, is a graduate of Elk City Public Schools and currently attends Southwestern Oklahoma State University. My son, Aiden, graduated from Canute Public Schools and is proudly serving in the United States Marine Corps. Abigail, my youngest, is currently attending Elk City High School.

I was raised on a farm in Roger Mills County, but later moved to Mangum, OK in my teenage years.
