Hi my name is Stacey Carnes-Stricker and I sell real estate in Elk City Oklahoma also serving Western Oklahoma. I really do love selling real estate. I know a lot of us make that statement about our careers but I can truly say it and mean it. I have been in the Real Estate Industry for over 22 years. My career began in Property Management and when I relocated to Western Oklahoma specifically Elk City I decided to move to the other side of Real Estate by helping people buy a new home or sell their home. I also assist with land and commercial real estate. I have also expanded into staging homes. I want my homes to look the very best and stand out above all others. You would be surprised that sometimes it really does not take much.
Why should you list your home with me? Well to get cut to the chase I work very hard. This is my career and full time job. I am a Top Agent in Beckham County. If your home does not sell it does not help either one of us. I put a lot into marketing and can honestly say I do more marketing than anyone else in Elk City. My business partner and I recently just received the Gensis Award from United Country for Outstanding Marketing. I am always looking for and coming up with new ideas to market a home. I am an open book and love to share life. Usually by the time a home is sold or purchased the buyer or seller has become a friend.
